The machine

All Nespresso machines are equipped with a patented extraction system that guarantees up to 19 bar high pressure. Each element, water pressure, temperature and extraction duration, has been calculated with great precision to ensure that all the aromas from each Grand Cru are expressed, to give the coffee body and create an exceptionally thick and smooth crema.

The Krups Citiz + Milk allows automatic and programmable water sizing for espresso and long black coffee, and has an energy saving mode. The fitted Aeroccino can be used for both hot and cold coffee, useful for cappuccino and latte. Its retro-modern design in frosted aluminium makes it a stylish addition to any kitchen.

The coffee

The hermetically sealed aluminium capsule provides the optimum conditions to preserve and prevent oxidation of the 900 extremely volatile and sensitive aromas found in freshly ground coffee. Simple in appearance, the capsule is the subject of continual technical improvements to optimise the machine’s extraction of the finest Grand Cru coffees in the world.
